don't send a kidd to do a man's job

or an eagle's for that matter...or even a tellqvist! geez! the leafs fell to the penguins 3 - 2 tonight. yes that was not a typo, it says PENGUINS! horrible! don't get me wrong..the pens played well, but when you're outshooting the opposing team 46 to 17?? u would like to think that a win would come of it. then u must consider..the KIDD factor. by the end of first period the leafs were already outshooting the pens 9 to 1, the score was 1-1 (thanks joe). give me a break! 1 shot on net was allowed and it was a goal!

such a tease going into the ACC early too, belfour's skating...francis skating...mcCabe skating...oh no! wait! why is kidd skating?? i am reassured by jimmy, that Belfour would not suit up and put on his mask and skate...then NOT play. valid enough argument. up until the excitement builder lights out and the leafs first hit the ice... what on earth is kidd doing? where is belfour going? no belfour is NOT doorman to the bench tonight!! i was quite ansy by this point..then the game started...

outside of losing..again this was a good second game to see my leafs. the effort was amazing on their part in all aspects (minus the aforementioned) i screamed so much my lungs now hurt..anyhoo..pictures to be posted soon.
