and yes, they need to be in jail, or at least grouped into a confining building together. if all the stupid people were in jail together that would save the rest of the non-stupid folks out there from interacting with them.

you know when someone is so "gago" that they need to be on the special bus on the way to a confining building? when it hurts so bad that u want to hit them? well why not hit them with a bat?! a BAT OF SENSIBILITY! it's the weapon of choice
